The Elite Ambitious &

Edge

Create more momentum, bigger opportunities, and sustainable success without the pressure, perfectionism, and burnout that usually come with it.

You know you’re capable of more…

You know you're capable of more. You have the ambition. You have the work ethic. You care deeply about your goals.

You don't need someone to tell you to work harder.

If anything, you've spent years pushing yourself, holding yourself to impossibly high standards, thinking about work when you're supposed to be resting, feeling guilty when you're not being productive, and wondering why something that should feel exciting often feels so exhausting.

You know what you want. You want to launch the thing. Grow the business. Get the promotion. Increase your income. Be recognised for your work. Create something meaningful. Reach the goals you've set for yourself.

So why does it feel like you're making everything harder than it needs to be?

Why do you spend hours overthinking decisions?

Why do you procrastinate on things that matter?

Why do you wait until you feel ready?

Why do you constantly move the goalposts on your own success?

And why does it feel like no matter how much you achieve, it's never quite enough?

The truth is: The problem isn't your ambition.

It’s the pressure, the perfectionism, the overthinking, the self-doubt, and the constant feeling that you should be doing more.

Those things may have helped get you this far, but they’re also the very things preventing you from getting where you want to go next.

That's where Ambitious & At Peace comes in.

Ambitious &

AT PEACE

Introducing

What Does Ambitious & At Peace Actually Mean?

It doesn't mean becoming less ambitious. It doesn't mean lowering your standards. It doesn't mean settling for less. It doesn't mean caring less about your goals.

If anything, it's the opposite.

It's about becoming the kind of woman who can pursue big goals without constantly being at war with herself.

The kind of woman who trusts herself instead of constantly second-guessing herself, who can celebrate a win without immediately focusing on what's next, who can set boundaries without drowning in guilt, who can rest without feeling lazy, and who can pursue success from a place of purpose, self-respect, and desire—not panic, pressure, or proving herself.

Because right now, you might feel like:

  • You're always behind.

  • Nothing you do ever feels like enough.

  • You should be further along by now.

  • Rest needs to be earned.

  • If you stop pushing yourself, everything will fall apart.

But what if success didn't require all of that? What if I told you that achieving your goals didn't require you to constantly criticise, pressure, and push yourself?

What if you could still be ambitious... while also being self-supportive?

Still have big goals...while also feeling proud of how far you've come?

Still want more...without constantly feeling like you aren't enough?

What if learning to support yourself actually made you more effective, decisive, resilient, and consistent?

The thing standing between you and your next level of success isn't a lack of ambition...but the way you've learned to pursue it.

That's what Ambitious & At Peace is about.

You don't need to become less ambitious. You need a better way to succeed.

The Ambitious & At Peace Framework

01
RELIEF

Reduce the pressure, overthinking, perfectionism, and internal noise that are slowing you down and draining your energy.

When you stop wasting so much energy fighting yourself, you create more momentum.

02
EXPANSION

Stop playing smaller than you're capable of. Become more visible, more decisive, and more willing to go after what you want.

When you stop holding yourself back, you create bigger opportunities for growth, recognition, leadership, and impact.

03
FULFILLMENT

Build a healthier relationship with achievement so success feels as good as it looks on paper.

When you stop tying your worth to your productivity, success becomes something you can actually enjoy and sustain.

"IF I STOP BEING SO HARD ON MYSELF, WON'T I LOSE MY EDGE?"

This is one of the biggest fears ambitious women have.

Many people believe their success came from pressure.

From self-criticism.

From anxiety.

From constantly pushing harder.

But what if those things aren't the reason you've succeeded?

What if they're the reason you're exhausted?

The goal of this program isn't to make you less ambitious.

The goal is to help you achieve your goals without the unnecessary suffering that often comes with them.

You don't need to lower your standards.

You need a better way to meet them.

Meet your coach

Natalie

For years, I thought the reason I was successful was because I put so much pressure on myself.

I thought the overthinking, analyzing, constant striving, and impossible standards was helping me.

The feeling that I should always be doing more. I thought that was what ambitious people did.

And to be fair, it got me results, but it also made everything so much harder than it needed to be.

I was my own pressure cooker. I overcomplicated everything.

I filled my days with tasks that felt productive but weren't actually moving the needle. I was constantly looking for the next strategy, the next course, the next thing.

I moved too fast, changed direction too quickly, and spent far too much time in my own head.

The craziest part?

I didn't even fully own my successes.

I remember being featured in Cosmopolitan. A younger version of me would have thought that was the dream…one of those moments where you stop and think: "Wow. I actually did it."

But I didn't.

I barely spoke about it. In fact, I actually hid it in the desk at my parent’s house.

Because all I could see was everything that still wasn't where I wanted it to be. I felt ashamed and embarassed.

The website wasn't where I wanted it.

The business wasn't where I wanted it.

The branding wasn't where I wanted it.

Instead of celebrating how far I'd come, I focused on how far I still had to go.

Looking back, I can see that I wasn't lacking ambition.

I wasn't lacking work ethic.

I wasn't lacking capability.

I was creating so much unnecessary friction.

The pressure I thought was driving my success was actually slowing me down. It clouded my judgement, created overwhelm, led to overthinking, made simple things feel complicated, and stopped me from fully enjoying what I was building.

The biggest shift wasn't learning how to work harder. It was learning how to work differently: learning how to trust myself, how to simplify, how to stop making every decision feel so heavy, and that pressure is not the price of success.

When I removed the friction, everything changed.

I made decisions faster. I stopped wasting hours overthinking. I became more intentional. I created more momentum. I created bigger opportunities. I got my life back, and I built success in a way that actually felt sustainable.
